There’s a big pool of goo that leads to the next, and while you’re in it, you can pick one of three upgrades a la Nuclear Throne. You’re in this colorful dreamlike realm (or perhaps fever-dreamlike) full of enemies, and the goal of Post Void is to sprint to the end of the area. You’ve only got about six seconds of goo stored in there, so there’s no time to stop for anything. The goo is your health, and it is constantly draining out of the head.
